What this does

Reads the XCAF assembly tree, writes a STEP per component, and builds a BOM CSV with each one's length and body count. Obvious fasteners are flagged on the BOM so you can drop them from the cut list.

When to use it

A customer or a CAD shop hands you a single multi-part STEP. Your shop needs one file per piece plus a clean cut list before the job hits the floor.
